At Dr. Long’s Tallow, we believe in keeping things simple, honest, and fair. Below you’ll find our shipping and return policies, designed with love (and a touch of island practicality) from our home in Hawaiʻi.


📦 Shipping Policy

We ship from the Big Island of Hawaiʻi and aim to get your order to you as affordably and quickly as possible.

✈️ Shipping Method

We use USPS Flat Rate Shipping for all orders. This helps us provide a consistent, low-cost option—especially important for shipping from Hawaiʻi.

💰 Flat Rate

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 USD for all U.S. orders.

⏳ Processing Time

We’re a small-batch, handcrafted business. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order hits the mail.

🌎 Do You Ship Internationally?

Not at this time—but we’re working on it! Stay tuned as we grow.


🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

If you’re unsure whether a product is right for you, we suggest starting with one jar to see how it feels for your body.

❌ Opened Products

All sales are final on used or opened jars. We make each batch with care and appreciate your understanding.

📬 Order Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order and it hasn’t shipped yet, email us within 12 hours of purchase at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to catch it in time and issue a refund.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily offer a replacement or store credit if it was our mistake.
